Finger Printing Enrollment Agent
The Fingerprinting Enrollment Agent (EA) position is currently a part-time (<10 hours per week) position reporting directly to the Board Chairman and coordinating with the Executive Director. The EA is responsible for successful scheduled operations related to the contract that CLC-ONE has to provide fingerprinting services for New York State. Additionally, the EA may assist the Executive Director with assigned tasks and coordinate with other staff to insure that the Center achieves its vision to build a community where students develop the ability to command their own destinies and become a safe, friendly, learning destination for everyone.
After passing background and drug evaluations, the EA must complete a sequence of orientation and training sessions conducted both on-line and at CLC-ONE. Once trained, the EA will be assigned hours on a daily basis per the established finger printing office schedule. The EA will log in to the data collection system, initialize the finger printing equipment, and use that equipment to collect client background information, obtain high-quality fingerprint images and photographs, process client payment for service, complete a summary report of each day’s activity, log off the system, and secure the CLC-ONE facility, if necessary. During scheduled office hours when fingerprint appointments are not scheduled, perform CLC-ONE clerical and/or housekeeping tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
